Arnold Mol
Dr Arnold Mol is by education an industrial psychologist, by profession a management consultant, by vocation a public speaker and by passion a Bible student. He is a registered industrial psychologist and counseling psychologist. He taught for 16 years at the University of South Africa (UNISA) where he held the position of professor in Business Management.
Dr Mol currently works in private practice as a management consultant, providing management training seminars for managers in companies in industry, commerce and agriculture. Since 1978 he has conducted more than 900 training courses all over the world, including South Africa, America, Europe, Asia and other African countries.
Dr Mol has authored numerous books on the subjects of motivation, marriage enrichment, parenting and conflict handling. He has also written a workbook for students in Business Management, numerous academic articles for professional journals and more than 40 articles for popular magazines. However, he is perhaps best known for his work on the motivation of people in their work situation.
Dr Mol and his wife, Joy, regularly present Family Life seminars throughout South Africa. They live in Pretoria and have three married children and ten grandchildren. Dr. Arnold Mol is ’n gekwalifiseerde bedryfsielkundige; praktiseer as bestuurskonsultant; het ’n roeping as openbare spreker en het ’n passie om die Bybel te bestudeer. Hy was vir 16 jaar professor in besigheidsbestuur by UNISA en is tans ’n bestuurskonsultant in die privaat sektor.
Arnold het talle boeke die lig laat sien oor onderwerpe soos bestuur, motivering, konflikhantering, ouerskap en die huwelik. Hy het ook ’n werkboek vir studente in besigheidsbestuur geskryf, asook talle akademiese artikels vir professionele joernale en meer as 40 artikels vir gewilde tydskrifte. Sy grootste liefde is egter om God se Woord aan ander uit te lê. Hy het al vanaf vele kansels in talle kerkgenootskappe gepraat, maar hy beskou homself as ’n leermeester en nie as ’n prediker nie. Hy het die gawe om Bybelse waarhede op ’n praktiese en toepaslike wyse te verduidelik.
