Sue Kaiden

Sue Kaiden is the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide for Landing a Job You'll Love which brings the knowledge of 16 career coaches together to tackle the question "how can I find a job that will make me want to get up in the morning?" As a career coach and leader of a job search support group in the Philadelphia area, Sue helped thousands of people find meaningful work. Sue is currently the Manager of the Career Development Community for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an association for learning and development professionals with 40k members worldwide.

Prior to joining ATD, Sue held executive and consulting positions in the health care, IT and non-profit sectors. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS from Miami University (Ohio). She is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory practitioner.

Sue lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband Tom and their black lab Bailey.
