Collette Caron

Collette Caron is an award-winning author who has written more than seventy novels for the romance giants, Harlequin and Silhouette, using the pen names Quinn Wilder and Cara Colter. A transplanted city girl, she shares ten acres with her husband, nine horses, a Pomeranian, and a stray cat who decided to stay.

Though the story A Little Bit of Heaven is fictional, the horse Lt'l Bit is based on Collette's favorite horse, ever, a homely little fellow named Two-Bit. The scene at the gymkhana, where the girl says, "Your horse sure is funny looking, I hope he can run," actually happened!

A Little Bit of Heaven is Collette's first book for young adults.
