J.B. Wogan

J.B. Wogan is a public affairs journalist on staff at Governing magazine, where he covers state and local policy. He has also written for PolitiFact, The Seattle Times and Seattle magazine. J.B. is a graduate of Pomona College, where he majored in English with an emphasis in creative writing. He also has a master's degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, where he teaches a graduate-level course in Policy Communications.
