Marilyn Jane Wiley, born in Alhambra, California in 1953. She escaped to the wilds of Arizona as a teenager and never looked back. An avid horse person, Marilyn has worked on ranches, tamed wild mustangs, and drove a 4-up of horses across three states during a 1200 mile journey, thus making her the last pioneer woman. She can still be found working with the 'wild' ones, or just out enjoying Arizona's back country on the back of her old gelding 'Ace'. She has settled near the Kirkland Valley, Arizona area, where she creates her western art with pencil and oils. Not only does she grow a huge garden every year, she's a darn good cook too! She has written and published two books thus far. True stories about the hardships and victories of her western life.
