Bella James

Bella James is one of the pen names of a Northumberland-born author, writer and Reiki Master whose work spans fiction, travel, ghostwriting and spirituality.

With deep roots in the North East of England, she has written across a variety of genres, both under her own name and behind the scenes as a ghostwriter.

The Girl Who Cried Wolf, a Young Adult novel, was first published by Accent Press before being acquired by Headline, part of Hachette, in 2018. The story is now being revisited and expanded by the author into a full-length novel, while also being adapted into a feature-length screenplay.

Alongside fiction, she is a Reiki Master Teacher with a longstanding interest in spirituality, energy and the unseen threads that shape our lives.
