Liz Gloyn

Liz Gloyn is a Reader in Latin Language and Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London. She has previously worked at the University of Birmingham and Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Her research interests cover the broad area between Latin literature, Roman social history, ancient philosophy and classical reception. Her most recent book explores the reception of classical monsters in the ancient world.
