Ayala is an explorer, a seeker, and a student of life who brings her own unique teaching style to her yoga classes and family yoga workshops, encouraging her students to appreciate themselves, find their own inner voice, and nourish their imagination and creativity through yoga. Creator of the award winning Enchanted Wonders A-Z cards for children and families, Ayala specializes in sharing yoga with families, toddlers, children, teens, and children with special needs and using yoga as a tool for enhancing creativity, self expression and imagination in children.
Ayala is very passionate about children exploring their imagination and natural creativity, but also understands that one of the many challenges we all have as parents, carers and educators, is how to maintain and foster creativity and curiosity in our children. Through her teachings and learning journey, Ayala very quickly realised that yoga can be used as a tool and a spring board for children to explore the endless possibilities of the world around them, inspire creative play, enhance learning abilities, self-expression and conversation.
Children are natural explorers and by recognising this, Ayala is trying to help create awareness of the innate abilities and creativeness of children and share ideas and enlightening practices and create space for children to enhance their self expression, movement, creativity, and language skills.
Residing in London for the past 15 years, Ayalá is constantly sharing yoga with families and children in leading yoga studios and exclusive venues across the UK. She also leads family yoga workshops across the UK and in Europe in addition to being a Senior Teacher for Special Yoga’s ‘Teaching Yoga and Mindfulness for Children’ teacher training course, the UK's leading yoga and mindfulness for children teacher training course.
