Timothy Eldred is an author, speaker, and founder of 1:1 Solutions Group, where he helps leaders break free from burnout and build lives that actually work. He is also the founder and CEO of The Authentic Pastor, a coaching and consulting firm.

For 35 years, Tim has guided thousands through seasons of transition and disconnection as a mentor and coach. A few of his books include: Alone Sucks, The Shift, and Ministry Cancer. He hosts the Square Peg Round Hole podcast for people tired of trying to fit where they don’t belong.

Tim’s voice is direct, grounded, and always aimed at one thing: helping people stop pretending and start living free.
