Derek Thomas

Author Derek Thomas has been involved in the hobby of O gauge trains for over twenty years. In that time, he has amassed a collection of O gauge trains along with an extensive knowledge of the hobby. Derek created the Notch 6 podcast and owns The Madison Poster Company. He has worked on various projects with TM Books and Video, O Gauge Railroading Magazine, The Lionel Collectors Club of America, and Stout Auctions. He graduated in 2007 with his communications degree from Olivet Nazarene University.

Derek, his wife Christy, and sons Henry & Charlie reside in Lafayette, Indiana.
