JANE FADELY

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jane Fadely later lived in Southern California and moved to Ireland in 2013. After nearly three years enjoying her Irish life, changes in Ireland's immigration policy forced her and many other Americans to leave, not considered wealthy enough to live there.

Back in the USA, Jane eventually settled in Western North Carolina, in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The earliest settlers were primarily the Scots-Irish so it is no wonder she discovered many similarities between the Irish culture she so enjoyed and the mountain/southern culture of the area. She eventually migrated a bit further south to Upstate South Carolina where she currently resides in a tiny home, another new adventure...

Jane's passion for Ireland spawned four non-fiction books beginning with IRISH BITS & PIECES, followed by CHICKENS IN THE GARDEN, SEASONS OF IRELAND, and LEAVING IRELAND, and then a novel, LOST & FOUND IN IRELAND: A Time to Mourn, A Time to Dance.

APPLE TREE LANE was Jane's first foray into juvenile fiction, followed by THERE'S A LEPRECHAUN UNDER MY BED, LOOK & FIND! WHAT WILL YOU FIND TODAY? and SIR WISH, THE WISH WIZARD OF UTOPIOPIA, a fantasy story with a message.

Jane's most recent title, IT'S NOT IRELAND, BUT..., was published in 2024.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: To those who have read and enjoyed any of my books, I thank you for your Amazon reviews - so important to authors! - and for the kind and complimentary feedback I have received. Wherever you go and whatever you do, may the luck of the Irish be always with you!
