Dr. De is a specialist in internal medicine and previously was a medical reporter for ABC News. Dr. De was graduated with her MPH degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health and her MD degree from the University of California, Irvine. She received her undergraduate degree with honors in human biology from Stanford University. Dr. De is a proponent of integrative medicine and works with patients to prioritize the most natural way to heal and to prevent disease even before symptoms develop. She also conducts clinical research at pH Labs. Dr. De’s work has borne out her conviction that many symptoms do not need a prescription but can be readily addressed by ensuring that our bodies have the ideal amount and balance of nutrients, including minerals, that they need to be their healthiest. In addition to her medical and health-related work, Dr. De is an avid scuba diver and practitioner of yoga.
