Veronica Appleton

Dr. Veronica Appleton, Ph.D. is a DE&I executive, scholar, and children’s author. She's the writer of Journey to Appleville and Tu-Tu Goes to School, which are two books part of the Appleville Book Series. Her work has been recognized by Campaign US, CBS Chicago, Crain’s Business, Dolly Parton Imagination Library/Open Books, FOX News, WGN Chicago and Diversity Journal’s Top Professionals in Higher Education. She's also a mentor and board member of several nonprofits providing resources and impact in communities of color, women, men and children. Dr. Appleton believes educating the future is essential to build a brighter future.
