Milagros S. Johnson is an accomplished, devoted consumer advocate and mentor who has dedicated her career to helping and empowering others. She is a graduate of Bay Path University and the recipient of several awards.

Having learned the concept of earning and saving money at a young age, Milagros wrote Lolita's Rainy Day to introduce children to financial literacy and encourage them (and their parents) to do the same.
