Steve Payne

Steve Payne is an actor, coach, writer and speaker. Steven is also one of very few certified Master Trainers of NLP and the founder of NLP Dynamics and the Academy of Coaching and Training. Steve sits on the training and accreditation panel for the Association for NLP.

Steve trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and spent many years working as a professional actor. He has appeared in many of the UK's best loved television series.

Through the Academy of Coaching and Training (A.C.T.), Steve specialises in helping companies from SMEs to global organisations communicate more effectively and achieve tangibly stronger results through culture change, based on values alignment and a coaching approach to talent development.
