I grew up in the historic Hudson River town of Troy, New York. I enjoyed an excellent education at Hartwick College, a beautiful liberal arts school, scenically set in the upper Catskills. After a round of managerial positions in finance and with the State of New York, I accepted a commission in the United States Air Force. Retirement came very quickly after twenty busy years. My wife and I pursued the dream of owning our own business. Along with our children, we had 11 successful years and made it through the nasty recession. But after so many 60 hour weeks, we pulled the plug. After a short break, I went back to the work I thoroughly enjoy with the Air Force as a Test Director. North West Arizonia is home today. Writing has been a hobby for many years and Second Chances is my first published novel. More will come. I’m interested in hearing your comments. You can reach me at: mitch@sneck.us
