Ryan Slater

Ryan Slater, born in Johannesburg, South Africa, now resides in Vancouver, Canada. Ryan is the co-author of the The Juice Truck: A Guide to Juicing, Smoothies, Cleanses and Living a Plant Based Lifestyle.

Ryan collaborated with his business partner Zach Berman in launching The Juice Truck in 2011, Canada’s original Cold Pressed Juice Bar. The business has evolved into a plant based lifestyle café and kitchen. The Juice Truck has been named best Juice Bar in Vancouver from 2011-2016 and was listed as one of the best Juice Bars in the world by Condé Nast Travel.
