Dr. Kendra Orr

Kendra Orr taught test-taking strategies for over 12 years. She taught Biology, English, and Computer Science after traveling to Asia and Europe. She currently owns a tutoring business and she is the content manager for educational services. She wrote these books to improve student learning. The books deconstruct reading while telling compelling stories. The SAT books have short stories as do the real tests.

Orr earned her doctorate after conducting research in mainland China. Orr's doctoral subject was Chinese Guanxi, a 10th century practice of business and social networking. While obtaining her Master's Degree, she traveled to the Caribbean. In the Caribbean, she learned about the traditions and the history of three Caribbean nations.
