C. Ed Traylor

C. Ed Traylor retried from the Illinois State Police with the rank of captain after 29 years of service. During that time, he served as patrolman, investigator, investigator supervisor, Bureau Chief and staff officer. He subsequently served as police chief of a small central Illinois town before returning to the ISP with an assignment as investigator on the Federal Health Care Fraud Task Force. He is currently retired and lives with his wife Pat, in rural Waggoner, Illinois. The couple have two adult daughters.
