Taylor Everett Brown

Taylor Everett Brown is a Christian husband, father, and writer living in Austin, Texas with his wife, Margaret, and his son, Everett. He enjoys dancing with his wife, going on walks with his son, playing video games with his brother, and playing sand volleyball with his friends.

Taylor began writing on the eve of his first child’s birth. Inspired by the imminent arrival, he wanted to create a bedtime story to read to his son throughout childhood. The little project transformed into a yearlong initiative as the story grew and changed. The final result was Rootless, a collection of stories telling the adventures of Everett and Rrrwin in the Seven Forests of the Kingdom of Windfall.
