Tamara Tilleman

Dr. Tamara Tilleman is a surgeon, scientist, and philosopher who founded the Human Potential Lab™, a research and development studio focused on rethinking personal transformation, decision-making, and emergent identity. She is the creator of Multiverseism™, a philosophy that challenges linear growth models and replaces them with navigable paths of possibility and choice.

Her frameworks and tools including the Tilleman Question™, The Walk™, and the Hidden Potential Accelerator™, are used in executive rooms, academic institutions, and personal reinvention labs around the world.

Tamara serves as Professor of Innovation (GTIIT University China), and her work bridges disciplines: neuroscience, narrative identity, systems theory, and embodied reflection. She designs tools for those ready to step beyond optimization and into their next iteration of self.

She splits her time between Boston and Miami, and leads intensive programs for leaders, educators, and seekers ready to act on the more they feel inside.
