She creates her fictional towns based loosely on her hometown and places she's either visited or would like to. Her favorite part of her fictional towns? The residents don't have to drive an hour to get to Target, like she does in real life.

Carrie lives in beautiful Central Pennsylvania with her very own romcom hero and very spoiled furry editorial assistants.
