Stanley Jackson

I am a paramedic working in the Highlands of Scotland, the book came about by a chance visit and comment from my wife, when we moved to Lochcarron and visited the Howard Doris Centre, on leaving the centre she saw the two cats and said "you should write a book about them," I thought most strange as I had never thought about writing a book before, but now I have written my first book and have a sequel that I am writing at the moment.

I am a member of the Lochcarron writing group where I have written various short stories, with a series of them about a family of aliens that moved to the Highlands and usually speak in mnemonics, plus various humorous and serious poems.
