Michael Watt

Entrepreneurs have forever fascinated Michael Watt, dating back to his days as a paperboy delivering the afternoon newspaper to 40-plus residents in suburban Long Island (NY). He worked through high school and college in the hospitality industry - restaurants, catering halls, motels and resort areas. He fancied himself becoming a globe-trotting journalist, traveling throughout the world on somebody else's dime like his literary heroes Ernest Hemingway and John Steinbeck. He ended up more like fictional character George Bailey from "It's A Wonderful Life" spending his entire career on Long Island working on endeavors created to promote his region as a special place to live, work and raise a family with varying degrees of success.

Embracing the adage "it's never too late to be what you might have been," Watt has embarked on a mission to merge his two greatest passions - story telling and problem solving. He has contributed a chapter to Journeys to Success, 22 anecdotes about successful businessmen and women who have embraced Napoleon Hill's principles, and plans to do more of the same in the near future.
