With over 40 years in tech and user-centered design, Colette’s career spans second-line IT support, front-end development, government digital publishing, and accessibility consulting. She’s helped major institutions—including banks, media networks, and government agencies—simplify complexity, reduce failure points, and design human-first systems that work even on bad days.

Today, she helps founders, coaches, and creators reclaim their time by building AI teammates that actually finish the job. Her approach avoids the hype, ignores the marketing hype, and focuses on ethical, intelligent structures that support meaningful growth.
