Sue Redmond PhD

Sue has a worked in many different environments from adult prisons, to young organisations, with private companies to international leadership development programmes. She focuses on initiating change at individual and organisation level. Since 2005 she has contributed towards national policies and implementation of education and development of young people, staff, leaders and policy makers. She set up her own consulting company in 2014 and works with statutory agencies, charities and businesses to develop solutions to social issues.

She holds a PhD from NUI Galway, in Leadership and Resilience. MA in Health Promotion and Degree in Science (Pharmacology and Psychology). She loves learning and is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher. She combines leadership and mindfulness and lectures in the National University of Ireland Galway as part of the MBA.

She is also co-founder of HappyTech.ie, a company that uses artificial intelligence as an interface to provide tailored learning experiences for technology companies to develop their teams and managers using techniques and technology for happiness.

 

She is passionate about all things sport; holds a Black Belt in Tae-Kwon Do, competes in Triathlons nationally and internationally, completed an Ironman in Sweden in 2013, has ran 5 marathons, surfs and kitesurfs, and is learning to sail.
