Phil Taylor

Phil is a graduate of Cairn University and Dallas Theological Seminary and has served the church for over twenty years in Executive and Lead Pastor roles as well as network-wide leadership. He is passionate about bringing vision into reality wherever life takes him. In addition to serving as a pastor, he's been busy serving other pastors, mostly in the Executive Pastor community around the world through leadership coaching, conference speaking, and writing. More recently, Phil has been helping churches and non-profits tell their story through building and branding projects at Plain Joe Studios.

He has been married to Aimee since 1998. They live in Orlando, Florida, and have three children, two grandchildren, and two cats. When there is free time, you’ll find him on a kayak or running long distances on his favorite trails.

His book series "Backstage Pastors-Bringing Vision Into Reality" currently has two publications, "Defining The Executive Pastor Role" is available in English and Spanish, and "Eldership Development-From Application to Affirmation" is available in English. Look for more books in this super practical series in the future.
