Michael Hamlin

Hi, I'm Michael Hamlin, founder of Element Fitness.

I want to start by speaking a little bit about my background and why I decided to start writing. I have worked with all types of people: amateur to professional athletes, mothers, fathers, youth, people with injuries, weight issues, health issues, and the list goes on. My goal is to help others get to where they need to be with their health, and I’ve been honored to have the opportunity to do just that every day.

After 10 years of working one-on-one with people, in small group settings, and with teams, I wanted a way to reach a larger audience. Writing was the next natural progression. After training people from all these different backgrounds, skill sets, and needs, I felt it was necessary to tie together all of the principles that have become very important in my clients’ lives. I wanted to give people quick and effective information encapsulating the most effective principles that allow someone to get healthy, feel great, lean out, lose weight, and put on muscle.

Element Fitness is dedicated to helping other achieve their fitness and health goals through whatever means necessary. Whether that's reading my book, training with me or getting information from my website.
