Pam Prior

Pam is a one-of-a-kind financial officer, coach, visionary, and leader, with a vibrancy, humanity and sense of humor that brings her passion for people and fun to the workplace. In her extensive career, from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups, she has transformed organizations during periods of major change, including crisis-level situations, rapid growth, and under significant resource constraints. Pam excels at developing relationships with people at all levels of an organization, creating a culture of engagement, and bringing a sense of relief and confidence to business owners and leaders.

Her technical experience ranges from implementing flexible financial reporting processes for small businesses, to working internationally on major organizational transformations and financial systems implementations.

One characteristic is consistent in her interactions with everyone, from international executives to domestic front-line employees; Pam has earned their admiration because of her ease in relating to people, much of which she attributes to having grown up in Europe as a young child, and having earned both of her degrees (and CPA license) while working full-time. From the mailroom to the boardroom, she is equally at ease, thoroughly engaging with teammates and leaders at every step of her career.

Well accomplished, Pam earned her MBA and her BS Degrees from The University of Delaware, and she is a CPA licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Pam is also sought after as a public speaker, particularly on issues related to smaller companies.
