Angelique is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is an accredited nutrition register regulated by the Professional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom.

"My nutrition journey started in my early twenties when I began suffering from eating disorders. I was anorexic, then bulimic, and then extremely overweight. I developed autoimmune hypothyroidism; was diagnosed with PCOS, and had many food intolerances. I am no stranger to hormonal havoc, I had 2 miscarriages before finally having my beautiful daughter. Looking back, I'm glad I went through it all. My health issues are the reason I got my nutrition qualification and why I can relate to the people I work with. I love what I do. This is why I want to share my journey with you and I hope you share yours with me"

Her first book, The Balance Plan, will be out on Aster Publishing (Octopus Publishing), in July 2017.

Angelique has an immense passion for the healing power of food and nutrients having experienced their effects first hand. She is outspoken about how it can make the difference between feeling ‘all right’ and feeling ‘great’. Angelique’s methods focus on inspiring change and enabling clients to gain control, bringing the body back into balance. Her work is focused on the unique nutritional needs of each individual. The degree of biological variation between individuals is too vast to guarantee that the same treatment will have the same effect for everyone, therefore, there’s never a one-size-fits-all approach with Angelique!

Having garnered a reputation for being one of the top Nutritional Therapists in London, Angelique was the nutritional expert for series one of ITV’s hit show, Sugar-Free Farm and has also shared her expertise on ITV's This Morning and BBC's Inside the factory. As well as successfully treating hundreds of patients in her London clinic, Angelique has written for Hello, Women’s Health, Psychologies magazine, Cosmopolitan, My Weekly, Harpers Bazaar, Women's Fitness, Top Sante and InStyle.

Angelique completed her 3-year training as a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London. She was trained in the principles of functional medicine, a science-based method that assesses the underlying causes of symptoms. Angelique is also registered and regulated by the British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is a member of The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). On top of this, she is also proud to have completed the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) AFMCP™-UK and is pursuing certification with the IFM.
