I was born and raised in Guntersville Alabama, except for the few years I spent on the west coast. I was raised by my Mother with the help of my Grandparents and Great Grandparents. One set of my Great Grandparents were bootleggers which made for some interesting times. I now live in Huntsville Alabama, I am retired. I have children and grandchildren of my own. I felt it was time to tell my story. My book is loosely based on my childhood. A lot of the stories are true, some are embellished and some are made up. But none the less they are my stories.
