Bernadine D. Morris

Bernadine D. Morris was born in Humboldt, SK., grew up in central Canada, and migrated to British Columbia as a young woman. She lives with her husband near Vancouver, in the city of Chilliwack, situated in the scenic Upper Fraser Valley, in British Columbia, Canada. She is retired from two satisfying careers in health and education.

She discovered her interest in language and writing at an early age. She has written two award-winning Haiku poems, has furthered her craft through writing courses and workshops and writes short prose and poetry for pleasure.

Working in the field of education, she recalls the joy of instilling the love of reading in students. Read to your children, stretch their fertile imaginations and best of all build those all-important bonds when you share a great story.
