Cary Bayer

Cary Bayer is a life coach in South Florida, specializing in helping people create breakthroughs in their finances, careers, relationships, and sense of purpose. His philosophy of coaching is: “There’s nothing wrong with you that needs fixing, but something great in you that needs awakening.”

In order to explain his work in greater detail, Cary has done a great deal of writing--books, CDs, and tapes. He's written several mini-books that are a great way to explore his work, known as Success Aerobics. He also writes a syndicated “Life 101” column that appears in publications throughout the country.

Cary has worked with Oscar-winners Alan Arkin ("Little Miss Sunshine") and Pietro Scalia ("JFK," "Black Hawk Down"), Emmy-winners David Steinberg ("Academy Awards" presentations) and Judy Henderson ("Homeland"), and Quality Inns. The author of 13 books, including "Prosperity Aerobics," "40 Days to a Happy Life," "Relationships 101," "Conscious Communication," and "How to Overcome Procrastination Now," he’s a former Transcendental Meditation teacher, and trainer of teachers, and is the founder of Higher Self Healing Meditation.
