Christy Rutherford is a leadership strategist, author, and creator of the Pattern Intelligence for Leaders framework, helping high-achieving professionals recognize and reset the internal patterns that drive burnout, confidence gaps, and unsustainable performance. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, she has guided leaders across 20 countries to recover from advanced burnout, build emotional intelligence, and lead with clarity, purpose, and long-term sustainability.

A Harvard Business School alumna, Certified Executive Leadership Coach through Georgetown University, and former Commander in the Coast Guard, Christy led high-performing teams in high-pressure environments where resilience, accountability, and performance were non-negotiable.
