I try to keep my books practical and woo-woo-free. I'm not psychic. I'm not religious, and I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I’m just a writer who’s daft about astrology and hope to hook in new fanatics.

My Mind Won't Shut Up! was written with my sister, Linda. We're sturdy-legged, sausage munching, meditating sisters from Scotland who decided the world needed a panpipe-free, meditation book.

I edited Prediction magazine for ten years, which was the UK's first Mind, Body, Spirit magazine. Since then, I've worked as an author, editor and ghostwriter spanning mainstream websites, apps, magazines and books.
