Fabrice is a licensed professional engineer and is a highly skilled lean facilitator, trainer and coach. In 18 years of domestic and international continuous improvement consulting experience, Fabrice has led the transformation of organizations in a broad range of industries including: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, textiles, transportation, oil & gas and heavy equipment manufacturing.

Fabrice is the author of Kaizen Kanban and an accomplished speaker. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish and has delivered training in the United States, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America.

He founded Houston-based ProcessZen Consulting and his mission is to help organizations leverage quality and lean tools to achieve continuous improvement and the mindset to meet today’s innovation, quality and project management challenges.
