Victoria Porter Cramer

Victoria Porter Cramer is a mother of twin girls, an amateur mountain bike racer, and a breast cancer survivor who lives life on her own terms. When not climbing mountains on her bike, she enjoys scuba diving, skiing, stand up paddle boarding, pickleball, pilates, running, yoga, and travel.

Cramer is the CEO of her own do epic stuff coaching/keynote speaking company: Victoria Cramer, Inc.,, which she founded in 2012. Her mission is to help spectacular people achieve inspirational results. She gained much of her wisdom from working at Marriott and in the hospitality industry for 30 years.

Cramer studied communication at the University of Arizona, and holds an Advanced Certification in Strategic Management and Leadership from the London School of Business and Finance. She is also an iEQ9 integrative enneagram practitioner.

Cramer lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband and twin daughters. She is actively engaged in youth mountain bike racing, is an angel coach for Immerman Angels, helping cancer warriors thrive, and enjoys talking about the gift that cancer has been in her life.
