Pat Welsh

Born in Ireland and left in an orphanage when he was only three days old, Pat Welsh came to the United States when he was adopted and 15 months old. He went on to became a cop and attorney in Dayton, Ohio. After spending 26 years on the killing streets in Dayton he went on to author the Best Seller, Warrior-Servant-Leader: Life Behind the Badge, in 2015.

After completing the four year Denver Catholic Biblical School, in 2018, and the death of their youngest son, Kevin, in 2015, who was serving overseas with the USAF, Pat published the second in a series of WSL books, Warrior-Servant-Leader: Life Behind the Cross. He also co-authored the Best Seller, Healing Happens: Inspirational Stories Of Overcoming, in 2014, which shares his story of finding and meeting his birth mother in Ireland nearly 40 years after he was born.

Now retired and living in Colorado, he is dedicated to building, encouraging and growing others to be Warriors-Servants-Leaders in their homes, workplaces and communities. He has trained thousands of Law Enforcement professionals across the country, including Security Forces and Military Police. He is a graduate of the distinguished FBI National Academy and member of the International Association of Chief's of Police.
