Dave Watts

Dave Watts bought his first rental property when he was in college, 10 acres of land with a mobile home. He lived in it with a tenant and, after graduation, rented it out. Dave continued to buy rental properties while working as a computer salesman. He was able to quit his job at age 45 and live on the income from his properties.
