Sharon D. Marsh

Sharon is a descendant of a number of Florida pioneers. She served in the Army in the early 70s and worked in health care and public health until retirement in 2008. When not enjoying retirement, she takes pleasure in being a local historian. When not writing she takes care of her small homestead she shares with her mother and cat, volunteers with the church one of her ancestors helped found in 1840, takes photographs and videos of whatever excites her, tries to extend her family tree a bit further back, and reads and studies in a wide variety of subjects. Her books are currently focused on the Florida panhandle and the Civil War.
