J.A. Baker

J.A. BAKER was born and brought up in the north east of England and has had a love of language for as long as she can remember.

After working in the education sector for over twenty five years, she retired to focus on writing and looking after her grandchildren. When she isn't writing or doing the school run, she enjoys partaking in coffee and cake and reading many genres of books but especially enjoys psychological thrillers.

She has four grown-up children, five grandchildren, and lives in a village near Darlington in the UK with her husband and Border Collie, Theo.
