CJ Cornell

CJ Cornell is a serial entrepreneur, professor, and author whose work spans entrepreneurship, education, and storytelling for all ages.

Over more than two decades, he founded and led multiple startup companies and later taught entrepreneurship at major universities, where he helped build new programs and mentored hundreds of founders. He continues to work with entrepreneurs as a mentor, advisor, and board member.

CJ has written multiple books on entrepreneurship for adults, with additional titles forthcoming.

He is also the creator of several children’s picture book series, including The Entrepreneur Family Series, which introduces children to entrepreneurship through their parents’ work, and the Bailey Bear series, which focuses on empathy, resilience, and finding one’s place in the world through the eyes of a rescue dog.

The Smithsonian recognized CJ as one of the influential teachers and mentors of 1999.
