I was raised in Barrington, NH on my family's farm. At the age of 38,employed in manufacturing, I realized my father needed my help. I quit the job I wanted to help my father for a summer. I did not know that I would spend the next 24 years as steward of the Warren Farm. Due to a conservation easement on our farm, I was sought after to give talks about the farm and the conservation easements. These talks developed and many people in attendance suggested I write down the information. In 2013, my wife and I sold the Warren Farm and we retired to St Augustine Florida. In 2015, I started writing about the farm and found that not only did I enjoy the writing, but others liked the stories also. This culminated in my book "67 Years of Stewardship:The Warren Farm". I believe that more writing is in my future. The Red Sox, enjoying the beach, and my many friends keep me quite busy as a retired farmer.
