Michelle A. Bates empowers women to have the bodies and lives of their dreams by using several habit-changing and confidence-building techniques to ensure their success. She started out as a Certified Personal Trainer and is now an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in weight loss and healing for women over 40. Michelle has been in the Lifestyle, Fitness, and Nutrition field for over 16 years.

Michelle’s “No Nonsense” method of coaching and changing lives has earned her the title of Transformation Coach with her clients. Her practice, once based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is now in Las Vegas, NV, where she resides with three of her six children and her husband John. She works with women all over the world, helping them transform into the Divas she believes they all to be.

Michelle is a best-selling author, speaker, coach and creator of The Menopause Weight Loss Blueprint. She lives life on her terms and is passionate about helping women transform their lives into the life they can live on their terms too.
