Patrick Allan Sharma

Patrick Allan Sharma is an attorney in Los Angeles. He holds a PhD in history from UCLA and a JD from Harvard Law School. He has written broadly in contemporary US and international history and fiscal law, policy, and politics. He is the author of Robert McNamara's Other War: The World Bank and International Development, the first full-length study of the former defense secretary's transformative presidency of the World Bank.
