Tim Jones

Tim Jones is a native of Century, FL. He has lived in New Hampshire since 1995. Tim's journey is filled with adventure and love. Tim left Century, FL in 1989 to begin his adventures in the US Navy. He volunteered to be a Deep Sea Diver and soon found himself at the US Navy's Dive School in Pearl Harbor, HI. Tim completed dive school and spent the next five years in various assignments within the Navy's diving community. Tim met his wonderful wife, Karen, in 1992 and they were married in 1993.

Tim Left the Navy in 1995 to pursue a career in Law Enforcement. He and Karen moved to New Hampshire (Karen's home state) where Tim went to school full time to study Criminal Justice. Tim started his law enforcement career with the Litchfield Police Department in 1996. He was later recruited by the neighboring town of Londonderry where he spent the remainder of his career. While in Londonderry, Tim had many assignments and obtained multi levels of rank. Tim's various assignments were: School Resource Officer, SWAT member, Mountain Bike Officer and Use of Force Instructor. Tim's promotion record is, Detective, Sergeant and ultimately Lieutenant. Tim obtained his Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice at the New Hampshire Technical Institute and later obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Tim retired from the Londonderry Police Department in 2016. He now owns and operates Granite State Police Career Counseling, LLC. This law enforcement training company offers a wide variety of topics and puts Tim where he loves to be - in front of a class. Tim spends his retirement with his family, working on curriculum, playing his drums and working on a newly found hobby, writing helpful books.
