Stephen J. Cutler

Born and raised in Maryland plus I am a University of Maryland College Park alumnus. I retired in 2001 following a career as a Human Resources Director. In 2007, I collaborated with my daughter and RALLY CAPS was published. It's filled with actual true life experiences and is being adapted into "RALLY CAPS: The MOVIE" in 2021. I am also an editor and publisher on amazon. Recently, I edited and published "FIELD CONTROL: An NYPD Story".
