Katie Weiser

Katie Weiser is a speaker, author, career coach, consultant, and workshop leader. She is the owner of Katie Weiser Coaching in Augusta, Georgia. She works one-on-one with individuals to help them make career decisions that will lead to living the career of their dreams. She particularly enjoys getting clients "interview ready" and wrote Answers to the Top 20 Interview Questions as a methodology for clients to write out their answers to questions so that they would be articulate, memorable, and less nervous during interviews. Her book was recently named a finalist in the 2019 International Book Awards competition.

In her 30 years of experience at Deloitte Consulting, she worked with CEOs, business leaders, and human resource professionals. She interviewed, hired, developed, coached and managed professionals at all levels. Her leadership positions included Global Director of Training and Development and Global Director of Alumni Relations. She spent her career years in New York City and Atlanta, Georgia. Her job required lots of travel which took her to cities across the U.S. and to Asia, Australia, and Europe.

Katie is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She graduated from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and has a BA in Psychology from Hunter College of The City University of New York.
