Dr Roderic Gray has a background in social science. After an early career as a manager and internal consultant in a major blue-chip company he moved into academia as a lecturer and research supervisor, working with PhD students in the UK and abroad. His professional work is focused on the dynamics of the workplace. He has an observer’s interest in religion and its place in society and politics.
His books How People Work and A Climate of Success are in public and university libraries in more than 20 countries and have been translated into Chinese and Korean, and his many articles and academic papers are frequently cited. His latest book: By the Book – What does the Bible really say? applies his research skills and experience to examine the Bible’s 'rules' for Christian life and invites the reader to compare the actions of professed Christians with the Biblical guidelines.
