William Cannon (W.B. Cannon) and Duncan live in East Walpole, Massachusetts. They share a small house and live well and peacefully together, walking the local parks, sampling the local kibble. William spends his time writing, reflecting on his years teaching, and trying to stay out of Florida.
Duncan spends much of his time sleeping: dreaming about a world of leashless freedoms, unlimited food, and endless scents. William's first published novel is actually his fifth book. "Hopefully, it's a fair beginning." Duncan has been on this planet many times; finally he is able to reveal some of his understandings about his present and previous experience. "If I could grant wishes, I'd have been a genie; short of that, I wish you bluebirds in the Spring to give your heart a song to sing." In July, they'll share a lemonade amid a leafy glade...setting all who visit free with conversation, friendship, and love. Ok. William and Duncan keep trying to figure out the ultimate riddles and share them with every any some... those who may be curious about why you haven't yet won the lottery, why we must endure and witness suffering, and how to dream better than last night.
